The hotel offers spacious and very tidy rooms, great for a family stay. However, there was an issue with the bathroom extractor fan not working well. The service from the staff was extremely friendly and proficient, but they could have advised about alternative parking when the secure parking was full. The location is central, with secure parking and a quiet comfortable room, although the hotel needs a refresh. The dining experience was great, covering all the bases, and the facilities were above average.
